I have been affiliated with the Nanny Exchange for a little over a year. They have been very good to me and always so friendly, open, and super timely! I have been working in my current position for nine fun filled months. The children are now 20 months and newborn. They grow up way to fast. Taking care of the children is more of a privilege than a job. The open relationship I have with the family and the children is my most enjoyable part of the position. We have a beautiful and honesty partnership and I thank you for the finding me this great position.

Have you ever heard the term "a diamond in the rough"? I am sure you have. Sometimes when I hire someone as young as Jenny I feel like I'm taking shot and perhaps the new Nanny is a diamond in the rough. That however is most certainly not the case with Jenny! She was AWESOME from day one! Typically I am not a letter writer but felt compelled to thank you for the placement and tell you how fantastic Jenny is. I am a summer nanny, but I tutor the children throughout the school year, which helps us stay close. I help prepare lunch, participate in more activities you could imagine, and lesson planning. We read nine books together this summer and the kids and I can't wait to hit the books again this coming summer. I have been with the Nanny Exchange for the past four years. I have been with then Nanny Exchange since August and I felt very comfortable working with the Nanny Exchange from the start. I was impressed with the staff, making me feel welcome.
