OUR
GUARANTEE
What
happens if it does not work out well with my caregiver?
While
we are confident in the quality of our nannies, we believe
that every family should feel confident that their referral service
stands behind them if unforeseen circumstances should
arise. At the Nanny Exchange, we want our clients to feel
comfortable that they will have the support they need if
they should have second thoughts about their caregiver.
While
our referral fee is non-refundable, the Nanny Exchange
will provide your family with a replacement
caregiver any time during the first 3 months of placement.
This guarantee is fully stated within the family/agency
contract.
Psychological
Screening (Family Option)
Candidates who accept position are sometimes asked to conduct an
extensive psychological exam by the family. Candidates complete a standardized personality assessment
which generates a personality profile composed of sixteen
independent traits. Primary personality characteristics
are identified and interpreted through their expression in
broader patterns of behavior. Discrete personality traits
are also linked to measures of adjustment, leadership, and
creativity. Fee varies and are paid from the family directly to the screening agency.
