MAKING
THE DECISION TO INVEST IN THE ENHANCEMENT OF YOUR
CHILD'S CARE AND DEVELOPMENT IS A BIG STEP!! YOUR
DECISION WILL PROVE TO BE A GREAT INVESTMENT FOR NOT
ONLY YOUR CHILD'S FUTURE, BUT ALSO FOR THE FUTURE OF
YOUR FAMILY!
We
want this process to be as simple as
possible for you. After you've made the decision to hire
a nanny through our services, we will begin our nanny
search procedure, which are as follows:
- Complete
and sign the family application as well as the
referral invoice and fax them back to us. Be sure to
include the $150 registration fee.
- After
sending in your paperwork and registration fee, a
placement coordinator will contact you to do a family
profile and to get a deeper understanding of your
wishes for a nanny.
- During
this time our staff will be continuously conducting
face-to-face interviews and verifying that all
appropriate background checks and references are being
completed.
- You
will begin to receive information on nannies that are
best suited for your needs. We offer same day service.
If a family has registered with our services by noon,
they will begin to receive candidates by 4:00PM on the
same day. Please contact and schedule interviews with
ALL the candidates.
- Meet
with the nannies and discuss the job description. Be
very open and clear with the nannies in order to
divulge all the information that you need from the
interviews.
- We
will call you daily to find out how your interviews
are going and to assist you in any way possible. We
will also continue to send you up to 3 profiles daily as
long as you are keeping up to pace with your
interviewing.
- Once
you've narrowed your selection to a nanny best suiting
your needs, schedule a free-trail-day with the nanny
so that your whole family can interact with the nanny.
- After
finding your nanny, and completing the Nanny/Family
agreement, you should make a copy of the Agreement and
fax it to us. The referral fee will be due at this
time.
- Relax
and enjoy all that your nanny has to offer. Because of
our confidence in our services, we guarantee you a
nanny replacement within 3 months of your nanny's
start date.
