At The Nanny Exchange, we believe that the best childcare takes place in a setting where the nanny and family are well matched and are able to communicate, respect, and appreciate one another's needs.   

We focus on finding caring and well-qualified nannies.  All care providers have to complete our detailed application and pass a safety and aptitude test. We also conduct criminal, credit, and reference checks. In addition to our stringent pre-screening process, all candidates are required to perform a face-to-face interview at our centrally located office in Scottsdale, Arizona.  We never interview our candidates over the phone!   

Once a candidate is chosen, all of the information is provided to the family without exception!
