Nanny Exchange was established in 1993, during a time
when there were few agencies in the business. Jill and
Betty Newham founded the agency and began educating the
public about the wonderful advantages a nanny can provide
to families seeking top-notch childcare.
We are

We know finding a qualified and loving person to care for your loved ones can be a worrisome task. Where do you start? How can you be sure about a care provider's background? Does this person really know what to do in case of an emergency? How can
you be sure about a care provider's background? How can I find time to locate this person and check on all these concerns and more? Fortunately, this is what we do best!
We are a very selective agency which specializes in finding the right match for you and your loved ones. Our process is detailed and meticulous, allowing us to accurately identify the needs of our families and care providers. Having clients in a variety of professions from sports to business, we fully understand and honor every family's demand for privacy. Rest assure! Your family's personal information will be held in strict confidentiality.
Once we recognize your personal needs, we will begin the task of
prescreening candidates. Prior to any family/nanny interview, all care providers must pass through an intense face-to-face interview, followed up by nine non-family
references. Only candidates that have passed our rigorous screening process are eligible for placement (65-75% of our candidates are rejected), and we never conduct interviews over the phone or through the fax machine!
